Ricoh (Thailand) Ltd. is a subsidiary of Ricoh Company Ltd, a 73-years-old industry leader in innovative office automation, equipment and electronics. Ricoh products have been familiar to Thailand for more than 35 years, originally distributed by Inchcape Plc and Gestetner Pls, to form Inchchape NRG (Thailand). However, to maintain its strong leadership position in the regional market, Ricoh Japan acquired complete control of Inchcape NRG (Thailand) and on August 1, 1999 renamed the business Ricoh (Thailand) Ltd.

The acquisition of Inchcape NRG (Thailand) provided Ricoh with distributors and service posts throughout the country. Specifically, apart from Bangkok, Ricoh can be found in Chiangmai, Nakhonsawan, Khonkaen, Nakhon Ratchasima, Rayong, Suratthani, Hadyai , Ayutthaya and Chonburi provinces. Therefore, Ricoh Thailand is the only true national distribution company for a broad range of Office Automation products such as copier, facsimile, printer and digital duplicator (priport).
