Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute employee engagement activities end-to-end

(Town Hall, company events, culture & engagement programs, CSR, internal campaigns)

• Design creative employee activities that strengthen company culture and employee experience

• Own and drive Employer Branding initiatives connecting internal culture to external brand image

• Manage internal communication platforms to promote activities and culture stories

• Analyze engagement and participation results, turning insights into improved programs

• Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets for engagement and branding activities

• MC (Master of Ceremonies) or host for internal events. confidently speaking on stage in front of employees and leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing or related fields

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Event Management, Employer Branding, or Internal Communications

• Confident public speaker with experience as an MC or event host

• Strong presence and ability to engage audiences on stage and in group settings

• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leaders

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with employees and stakeholders.
