• Design creative employee activities that strengthen company culture and employee experience
• Own and drive Employer Branding initiatives connecting internal culture to external brand image
• Manage internal communication platforms to promote activities and culture stories
• Analyze engagement and participation results, turning insights into improved programs
• Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets for engagement and branding activities
