Product Development Department Manager (Garment, Textile, Apparel) Base in Nonthaburi

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Product Development process to ensure alignment with the Product Development Plan (PDP).
• Control and manage costs to stay within the allocated budget.
• Ensure SAP Master Data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time across the end-to-end process (from development to production).
• Promote and develop team members by enhancing both technical and soft skills within the department.
• KPI Monitoring & Controlling

• Bachelor's degree in any field (candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Garment will be given special consideration).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Garment industry (will be given special consideration).

• Good knowledge and understanding of the Garment Industry.
• Good knowledge of the Logistics Process.
