Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Product Development process to ensure alignment with the Product Development Plan (PDP).
- Control and manage costs to stay within the allocated budget.
- Ensure SAP Master Data is accurate, complete, and delivered on time across the end-to-end process (from development to production).
- Promote and develop team members by enhancing both technical and soft skills within the department.
- KPI Monitoring & Controlling
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Garment will be given special consideration).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Garment industry (will be given special consideration).
Specific Knowledge:
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Garment Industry.
- Good knowledge of the Logistics Process.
