Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including Telephone Call Center, Line Official Account, and Facebook (Inbox & Comments).
Provide accurate and complete information, guidance, and responses to customers in both Thai and English.
Record call and chat interactions in the system and coordinate with relevant departments for further action.
Follow up on progress, update customers, and prepare monthly summary reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or CRM. (Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.)
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in using computers and basic programs such as Microsoft Office, Line OA, and Facebook Page Manager.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and service-minded.
