Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including Telephone Call Center, Line Official Account, and Facebook (Inbox & Comments).

• Provide accurate and complete information, guidance, and responses to customers in both Thai and English.

• Record call and chat interactions in the system and coordinate with relevant departments for further action.

• Follow up on progress, update customers, and prepare monthly summary reports.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or CRM. (Experience in real estate industry is an advantage.)
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in using computers and basic programs such as Microsoft Office, Line OA, and Facebook Page Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and service-minded.
