Digital Engineer (Support Engineer)

Major Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries regarding the use of 3D CAD, CATIA V5, ENOVIA, and engineering-related systems. (Those related to IT to be used by design of KIND, etc.)
• Managing information on the responding outlined in the preceding item and managing other related technical information / Hearing on the KRDA for the purpose of promoting the use of 3D CAD.
• Planning the training/guidance and the training schedule for 3D CAD, PDM, and useful tools
• Review of the adoption of a variety of systems for the purpose of promoting the use of 3D CAD
• Provision of the latest technical information and technical know-how, etc.
• License management support, including enrollment, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and explore the capabilities of engineering tools to improve design, manufacturing, and charge management
• Other assignments

Service Job

• Answering questions about how to use CAD, PDM, and other engineering tools.
• Organizing information related to the previous point and managing technical information by hearing on KRDA for the purpose of promoting the use of CAD
• Planning and organizing training sessions to help staff to learn how to use CAD, PDM, and related tools.
• Review of the adoption of a variety of systems for the purpose of promoting the use of CAD
• Provision of the latest technical information and technical know-how, etc.

System Job

• Organize and develop the engineer's back-end system.
• Develop engineer's database system and document storage system.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer,  Computer Engineer,  IT or any related fields.
• GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree.
• Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required).
• Be able to use CAD (CATIA, Solidworks, etc) and PDM.
• Have basic experience in Programing, Computer science, Data Engineer, CAD Design, and Software data analytics.
• Have a passion for system development and service mind.
• Able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate.
• Can work in upcountry and under pressure.
