Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership with Furniture Brands (OEM/ODM Focus):
Target Identification: Research and identify potential partners among top-tier international furniture manufacturers, office solution providers, and ergonomic design brands.
Solution Selling & Co-Creation: Pitch the value of "Smart Furniture" to non-tech executives. Demonstrate how embedding our IoT devices and platform can elevate their product portfolio, increase user engagement, and create new revenue streams for them.
Integration Coordination: Facilitate the collaboration between our engineering team and the partner’s design team to ensure our IoT hardware fits seamlessly into their furniture designs (aesthetic, functional, and manufacturing feasibility).
2. International Market Expansion:
Market Penetration: Develop strategies to enter key markets (e.g., Asia, Europe, USA, Japan) where demand for Smart Home/Smart Office solutions is high.
Business Modeling: Design flexible partnership models, such as OEM licensing, white-labeling our platform, or revenue-sharing models based on subscription services connected to the furniture.
3. Product & Lifestyle Evangelism:
Value Proposition: Articulate how our data analytics and platform can help furniture brands understand their end-users better (e.g., usage patterns, health monitoring, ergonomic adjustments).
Trade Shows: Represent the company at major furniture and design expos (e.g., Salone del Mobile, CES, High Point Market) to network with industry leaders.
4. Commercial Management:
Negotiation: Manage complex negotiations involving hardware supply, software licensing, and long-term support agreements.
Forecast & Logistics: Work with the supply chain team to ensure we can meet the volume demands of mass-production furniture partners.
