Major Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment process from searching, interviewing, selecting and onboarding process
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures
• Manage the recruitment team with the reports on its performance
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics
• Implement new sourcing methods such as recruitment via social media and High Profile Hunting method
• Manage job advertising options
• Perform job assessment and reviews
