Responsibilities – Recruitment (with focus on IT roles)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
- Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate tracking, and hiring metrics.
Responsibilities – Payroll & HR Operations
- Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Handle new hire onboarding, contract preparation, and documentation.
- Support HR compliance, audits, and policy implementation.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and general HR matters.
