QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: A high school diploma or local equivalent is required
(2) Experience: A minimum of two years prior experience in the field of customer service is required.
(3) Language: (This maybe tested.)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills: (This maybe tested.)
• Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must understand Thai customs and be able to deal effectively and professionally with individuals of all rank and social standings.
• Must be able to work independently, under minimal supervision, under pressure and tight deadlines.
(5) Knowledge: (This maybe tested.)
• Basic knowledge of customer service and organizational skills.
• Exercise good judgment, integrity, and ethical behavior.
