- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in network, server, application, and cloud support.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds).
- Familiarity with server OS (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud).
- Knowledge of databases, web servers, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL certification or understanding of ITIL processes.
- CCNA or other networking certifications.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Huawei Administrator, etc.).
- Experience with incident and change management tools.
Working Conditions:
