Role Overview
This is a senior, lifestyle-led commercial leadership role owning total revenue and strategy across the Springfield hotel portfolio. The position replaces the traditional DOSM model and brings together sales, revenue, marketing, distribution and golf under one clear commercial vision.
Key Responsibilities
• Own total revenue performance across rooms, F&B, golf and ancillary income
• Set and deliver portfolio-wide commercial strategy, budgets and KPIs
• Lead pricing, segmentation, demand and distribution strategy
• Oversee sales performance, inquiry conversion and upselling frameworks
• Work closely with ownership and asset management on performance and strategy
• Build scalable systems, templates and standards across both hotels
• Oversee marketing strategy and performance (communications, branding, marketing ROI) to align with commercial strategy and positioning
