Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Take ownership of assigned sales goals set by senior management

Develop and execute sales strategies for custom software development, cloud, and DevSecOps services

Identify target industries, high-potential accounts, and new business opportunities

Analyze market trends and competitive insights to continuously refine sales approaches

Define clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance expectations

Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team through regular pipeline and deal reviews

Support team members in complex negotiations and high-value opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers

Actively participate in strategic client meetings and deal closures

Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation and go-to-market initiatives

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities

Understand client business challenges and translate them into tailored technology solutions

Oversee solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development

Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and value

Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics

Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to senior management

Identify gaps and implement actions to improve sales effectiveness

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Manage client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution

Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion


Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in B2B custom or tailor-made software solution sales
(Candidates with experience limited to packaged or off-the-shelf software will not be considered)
Strong track record in cloud, software development, or DevSecOps solution sales
5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams, with demonstrated revenue success
Solid understanding of end-to-end IT solution sales cycles
Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Good command of Thai and English.
