• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure systems such as Network, Server, Firewall, Backup, Email, and Internet to ensure continuous availability.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the IT Support / Helpdesk team to provide efficient user support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to computers, operating systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Plan preventive maintenance and ensure data security (Data Security).
• Coordinate with external vendors for procurement, installation, and maintenance of equipment or systems.
• Analyze user requirements and design application systems that meet business needs.
• Manage development and improvement projects for internal information systems such as ERP, CRM, or other specialized systems.
• Prepare system documentation such as Flowcharts, Functional Specifications, and User Manuals.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for application usage (Application Support).
• Coordinate with developers, and business departments.
• Plan the IT budget and propose technology improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop IT Security, IT Policy, and IT Compliance guidelines.
• Enhance the skills and performance of the IT team in both technical and service aspects.
• Prepare IT system status and issue reports for management.
