Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full scope of Employee Relations to strengthen engagement and maintain a positive work culture.

• Provide expert advice and handle issues related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Ensure company compliance with Thai labor laws, internal regulations, and corporate HR policies.

• Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as HR, Legal, and Management to ensure consistent and fair practices.

• Plan and execute employee engagement and relations initiatives that enhance morale, motivation, and teamwork.

• Manage overall security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees and company assets.

• Develop and implement security policies, risk prevention plans, and standard procedures.

• Supervise and coordinate with external security service providers and contractors.

• Oversee emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills and other safety training programs.

• Prepare periodic reports, analyze data, and propose improvements for both employee relations and security management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Security Management.

• In-depth understanding of Thai labor laws and employee disciplinary processes.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Proven knowledge of security management and organizational risk control.

• Experience working in manufacturing or large-scale organizations is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses a good command of English (both spoken and written).

• Demonstrated leadership, proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
