Responsibilities

 • Build strong business relationships with specifiers, such as real estates, developers, agents, architects, interior designers, hospitality players and contractors, by providing an excellent personal service and becoming a preferred supplier. 

 • Maintain an up-to-date database of architects, interior designers, home builders, and contractors and property/real estate agents.

 • Conduct market research on the competition to make sure we maintain a leading position in the market. 

 • Assist the management to determine and implement sales plan and marketing strategies; and analyse trends and results.

 • Assist the management to establish sales objectives of loose furniture by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products. Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans. 

 • Assist the management to maintain product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. 

 • Assist the management to establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand 

 • Meet sales targets as agreed with Management


Qualifications

 • Fluent in written and spoken English, Russian, Chinese and Thai
 • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, and/or marketing/sales management
 • At least 3 years previous sales experience in loose furniture, lifestyle products, with showroom sales or interior design background preferred
 • Proven established client base with developers, architects, designers, main-contractors, home-builders and property/real estate agents
 • Excellent interpersonal skills are required and need to be comfortable working with our prestigious clients
 • Must be flexible to travel to client sites in Thailand
