Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key specifiers, including real estate firms, developers, agents, architects, interior designers, hospitality clients, and contractors, to establish preferred supplier status.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of architects, interior designers, home builders, contractors, and property/real estate agents.
- Conduct market research on competitors to ensure the company maintains a leading market position.
- Support management in determining and implementing sales plans and marketing strategies, including analyzing market trends and results.
- Assist management in establishing loose furniture sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products, and implement sales programs by developing action plans.
- Support management in maintaining the product mix and selling prices by staying current with supply and demand dynamics, changing market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Assist management in establishing and adjusting selling prices through careful monitoring of costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Achieve sales targets as agreed upon with management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Russian, Chinese, and Thai.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in loose furniture or lifestyle products. Previous experience in showroom sales or an interior design background is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships with developers, architects, designers, main contractors, home builders, and property/real estate agents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in engaging with prestigious clients.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites across Thailand.
