Responsibilities
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการงานขายเชิงวิศวกรรมสำหรับโครงการก่อสร้างระบบสาธารณูปโภคด้านน้ำของภาครัฐ รวมถึงขยายฐานลูกค้า, บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานราชการ, จัดทำเอกสารประกวดราคา (Bidding) และควบคุมทีมขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์การเข้าถึงโครงการภาครัฐ, วิเคราะห์ TOR (Terms of Reference) และบริหารจัดการกระบวนการประมูลงานผ่านระบบ e-GP ตลอดวงจรโครงการ
- ให้คำแนะนำเชิงวิศวกรรมแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับงานวางท่อ (Piping), งานถังน้ำหอสูง (High Tank) และระบบสูบส่งน้ำ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสเปกสินค้าและบริการตรงตามความต้องการของโครงการ
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานราชการ, คณะกรรมการกำหนดราคากลาง และบริษัทที่ปรึกษาโครงการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมประมาณราคา (Estimator) เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ BOQ และวิเคราะห์กำไร-ขาดทุนก่อนการยื่นประมูล
- บริหารจัดการและพัฒนาทักษะของทีม Sales Engineer ให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งด้านเทคนิคและการเจรจาต่อรอง
- ประสานงานการลงพื้นที่หน้างานเพื่อสำรวจข้อมูลเบื้องต้นสำหรับการออกแบบและกำหนดราคา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales Engineering อย่างน้อย 5-7 ปี และประสบการณ์บริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ตรงในการขายงานโครงการภาครัฐ (B2G) และความเข้าใจในระเบียบพัสดุและการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐ
- ความสามารถในการอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม และความเข้าใจในขั้นตอนการก่อสร้างระบบน้ำประปา/โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองในระดับสูง และทักษะการนำเสนอที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลและสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
