Responsibilities
- Record, verify, and follow up on all accounting transactions.
- Prepare daily financial documents and reports.
- Reconcile transactions to general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and submit all monthly tax filings.
- Record and report amortization and depreciation for all company assets.
- Prepare for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings.
- Record and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports.
- Reconcile weekly inventory reports and submit them to management.
- Coordinate with other departments and third-party companies to gather necessary data and documents for accounting records.
- Perform other accounting and financial tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Female, aged 25-35 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and Corporate Tax
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial reporting tools
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with the “Express” program is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
