Responsibilities
- Review contracts, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and other legal documents.
- Identify legal and contractual risks and prepare risk summaries for management.
- Monitor updates to laws and regulations related to the Company's business.
- Review legal correspondence, claims, notices, and other legal documents.
- Support the preparation and improvement of standard contract templates and company regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and the Legal Department of Taisei Group in Japan.
- Provide legal and compliance support to business departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in legal, contract administration, or compliance functions.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
