Type of Business: Provide administration service for Group Company
Salary Range: 30,000-50,000 Baht
Job Description:
- Provide legal advice, practical legal support on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters to Company Group affiliates, Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain commercial contracts and other legal
- Handle routine corporate secretarial matters, including corporate filings, registrations,
- Coordinate with government authorities, external counsel, business partners, and internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
- Support legal projects and undertake other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female, Age 29-35 years old.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as in-house legal counsel and/or with a
- Valid Lawyer License is required.
- Good command in English and TOEIC score of 750 or above preferred.
- Working hour: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 / Saturday depend on calendar company.
Location: Huai Khwang, Bangkok
