Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure accuracy of HR databases, including headcount, turnover, and workforce cost data.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to support management reporting.
- Prepare monthly HR analytics reports with key workforce KPIs.
- Analyze workforce trends and support manpower planning and forecasting.
- Conduct labor cost analysis and assess financial impact of hiring or restructuring.
- Identify workforce risks and patterns, such as high turnover areas.
- Provide analytical reports and insights to support HRBP and management decision-making.
- Improve reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reduce manual work.
- Support HR system enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3–5 years in HR analytics / data analysis
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Understanding of HR metrics and labor law is an advantage
