Responsibilities
- Present and provide product information, including promotions, to customers via telephone
- Process customer orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery according to customer needs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and relevant parties to facilitate smooth ordering and delivery processes.
- Provide after-sales service and resolve initial product or service-related issues
Qualifications
- Age 22-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Computer, or related fields
- 0-5 years of experience in sales
- Excellent telephone communication skills and a service-minded attitude
- Good problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a pleasant phone voice and articulate communication style
- High motivation and a positive attitude toward work
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales-related software
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
