Process Engineer (Injection) - Moriroku Mobility Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Support injection molding work for new model development.
• Work with design, R&D, and related teams during trial and testing.
• Run trials, adjust process conditions, and prepare processes for mass production.
• Support injection part trials and production start-up.
• Find and fix process and quality problems after production begins.
• Prepare and maintain documents such as PPAP, WI, and Check Sheets.
• Improve production processes and help solve problems on the production line.
• Join continuous improvement and VA/VE projects to increase productivity.
• Handle other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in plastic injection molding and new model projects.
• Basic knowledge of injection machine setting, plastic materials, process analysis, and documents.
• Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and responsible working attitude.
• Understand IATF 16949 and APQP for new model development.
