Compliance Manager - Phillip Life Assurance Public Company Limited

Lead and oversee the company's compliance function to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Monitor and assess regulatory developments, including updates from regulatory authorities, and evaluate their impact on business operations and strategic initiatives.

Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies, including the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other relevant authorities.

Develop, review, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Provide compliance advisory services and regulatory guidance to business units and management on legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters.

Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.

Support regulatory filings, reporting requirements, and responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations.

Promote a strong compliance culture through communication, training, and awareness programs across the organization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and strategic initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, or related functions.

Experience in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is preferred.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance practices.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and regulators.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
