Local Sourcing Officer(Sourcing360) - Premium360 Co., Ltd.

1.  Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones to ensure that the most adequate
2.  supplier is used for a specific enquiry.
3.  Negotiate the best combination of price and lead time, in accordance with the specificities of the enquiry.
4.  Integrate indirect cost to provide landed cost to the sales department such as transportation cost, repacking cost, etc.…
5.  Preparing detailed purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
6.  Liaising with accounting department for goods received, invoices and payment requests.
7.  Liaising with the logistics department for the consolidation options and transport needs.
8.  Producing C/N, report claims or defective products.
9.  Work efficiently with team members and Manager to complete duties as required.

1.  Thai Nationality with bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
2.  Previous experience in procurement or related position preferred.
3.  Good verbal and written communication skill in English.
4.  Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
5.  Strong negotiation skills.
6.  Knowledge of import and export processes.
7.  Can Start immediately
