Senior Officer Freight Procurement - Leschaco (Thailand) Ltd.

- Rate Inquiries & Management: Respond to and handle all rate inquiries coming from the business development team.   
- Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation: Acquire, identify, and negotiate with appropriate local service providers to support both the business development and operations departments.   
- Carrier  Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers and co-loaders.   
- Pricing Strategy: Locally implement long-term pricing plans.                   
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate and work closely with Regional Procurement.   
- Bidding Events: Conduct bidding events, including pre-bid and post-bid analyses when required.   
- Market Trends & Regulations:  Understand market trends and regulatory changes affecting freight operations, and communicate impacts proactively.   
- Rate Maintenance: Update and maintain rate schedules and benchmark rates for key customers.   
- Problem Solving: Solve daily procurement problems locally or in relation to carriers and co-loaders.   
- Policy Alignment: Align and implement regional policies, procedures, and standards locally while supporting business development

- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
-  2-6 years of experience in carrier procurement.
- Good analytical mindset.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good PC knowledge.
- Good personality and service-minded.
