Sourcing & Purchasing Specialist (Chinese Speaking) - Premium360 Co., Ltd.

• Source and manage supplier relationships in China to identify the most suitable partners for specific inquiries.
• Negotiate optimal pricing and lead times based on inquiry specifications.
• Calculate and provide landed costs to the sales department, integrating indirect costs such as transportation and re-packing.
• Prepare detailed purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms.
• Liaise with the accounting department regarding goods received, invoices, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with the logistics department for consolidation options and transport needs.
• Report on claims related to defective products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and the Manager to fulfill assigned duties.

• Thai Nationality (25-38 Years old)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese or English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of import and export processes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience or knowledge in promotional products and corporate gifts is a plus.
