Responsibilities

Shop floor management
  • Achieve shop order from PYMAC system, manage resource by rearrange shop order to match with working time and manpower available.
  • Manage shop floor operation from parts/material receiving until loading packing case as plan
  • Propose action plan/MBO to follow division and company target
  • Budget/resource planning and control
Improvement action plan
  • Follow up improvement plan for productivity, quality, cost, delivery and safety at actual area efficiently and moral in accordance to the target other company goals
  • Realizing information from packing line, analyze on the problems occurs and coordinate with QC, Engineering, Maintenance and order control division for corrective action
  • Present the improvement action plan to Group manager Exim monthly
  • Communicate and train to foreperson/Leader follow improvement action plan
Report
  • Follow up report of production index and action to control
  • Create monthly report of production quantity, defect ratio, complete, movement and attendance ration
  • Advise foreman/Leader in daily report preparation in order to ensure all packing information up to date and record daily and monthly
Company activity
  • Support company activity 5s,BPQ, Standard equipment, Activities, Kaizen, Meeting
  • Advisor of the TVP activities and kaizen in order to provide and gain the new kaizen
  • Patrol check to follow Zero accident by apply Hiyarihatto & Safety patrol in order to eliminate new case and repeat
  • New model preparation
  • Check and confirm 4M of new model
  • Review new model packing specification with AE to ensure specification standard can keep quality with reasonable cost
  • Arrangement of resource requirements to support new model packing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistic Engineer.
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in production, export packing, or shop floor operations
  • TOEIC score of 600 or higher
  • Knowledge of CKD (Completely Knocked Down) process and export documentation
  • Experience in shop floor management and production planning
  • Ability to manage manpower and resources effectively
  • Familiarity with improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, BPQ, and safety patrol
  • Strong analytical skills in production data, defect ratio, and attendance tracking
