Responsibilities
- ดูแล และบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพขององค์กร ตามมาตรฐานระบบ ISO9001/14001
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อประกอบการตรวจติดตามภายในที่กำหนดไว้
- ดูแล และรับผิดชอบการจัดเก็บเอกสารสำคัญของบริษัท ให้ง่ายต่อการค้นหา
- ควบคุมและดูแลการรายงานในการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ เสอนต่อผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงาน จัดเตรียมการประชุม และจัดทำสรุปรายงานการประชุม
- จัดทำและอัพเดต เอกสาร Company Profile ของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบบริหารคุณภาพ หรือ งานสำนักเลขานุการ อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบ ISO หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพอื่น ๆ
- มีทักษะด้านการจัดทำเอกสาร การเขียนรายงาน และการประสานงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
