Responsibilities
• ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิต Deburring – SES Circuit PCB ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต (Process Improvement / Troubleshooting)
• ควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ และลดของเสียในกระบวนการ
• ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต (Yield / Productivity Improvement)
• จัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และนำเสนอแนวทางพัฒนา
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Production, Quality, R&D
Qualifications
• วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี (วศ.บ.) สาขาเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกระบวนการผลิต PCB (Deburring – SES)
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) ได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือ PCB จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• พร้อมเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง
• มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำ (Leadership) มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานข้ามสายงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
