Responsibilities
- ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิต Deburring – SES Circuit PCB ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิตอย่างเป็นระบบ (Troubleshooting)
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและลดของเสีย (Yield and Productivity Improvement)
- ควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และติดตามตัวชี้วัดที่สำคัญ
- จัดทำรายงาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ควบคุมคุณภาพ และวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมเคมี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิศวกรรมกระบวนการผลิตอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิต PCB (Deburring – SES)
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
- ความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดีเยี่ยม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือ PCB จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
