Process Analysis Sr. Engineer - Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited

JOB SUMMARY:

• Leader In charge of new product and mass production for process control, process capability, product performance and LAR.
• Leader to process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Failure analysis following Six Sigma and evaluate new technology for continuous process Improvement.
• Use data analytics to make strategy recommendations that align with company goals.
• Optimize product specification based on customer drawing and meet customer requirement.
• Co-ordinate with other departments to find out in process weakness cause and support quality issues to product ramp up.
• Coordinate with production, tool & die, metrology and QA for process/product improvement
• To define and optimize internal product specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Set up process control per CTQ of each product.
• Improve and maintain the process yield and material yield of each product.
• Improve and maintain process capability to achieve CPK target of each product.
• Review daily process capability and product performance.
• Improve and maintain LAR for both dimension and VMI at OQA.
• Trouble shooting and problem solving for all concerned problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in any engineering field relates.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge or Experience in Fundamental to intermediate Statistic, Blueprint reading and Blueprint interpretation, Data Analysis or Data Management, Computer skill, English command, Communication skill, good attitude, Good Human Relationship and Flexible.

Experience:

• 5-10 years.
