Project Manager (Software Project) - Depth First Co., Ltd.

• Effectively manage software development projects within the defined scope of the Terms of Reference (TOR) and allocated budget.
• Develop software project plans that align with the TOR’s specified deliverable milestones and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Monitor software development progress (Project Tracking) to ensure smooth and timely software delivery.
• Lead and manage the software project team effectively, providing constructive feedback and problem-solving guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare software project deliverable reports in accordance with the TOR, and take a leadership role in presenting software deliverables to government clients with accuracy and completeness.
• Create software project schedules and open Epics in Jira for the software development team.
• Report software project progress or potential issues to relevant stakeholders in advance to mitigate potential risks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including responsibilities for 3 new software development projects and 1 software maintenance (MA) project.
• Manage software development resources efficiently and promptly address any resource shortages.
• Oversee all software projects on the client’s site and effectively support the Account Manager (AM).

• สร้างแผนการดำเนินโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ (Software Project Plan) ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดการส่งมอบงานในแต่ละงวดของ TOR และกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (SDLC)
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (Software Project Tracking) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการส่งมอบซอฟต์แวร์เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและทันเวลา
• เป็นผู้นำและบริหารทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ได้ดี สามารถให้ข้อเสนอแนะ รวมถึงแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับทีมได้ตลอดวงจรการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
• จัดทำรายงานเพื่อส่งมอบงานซอฟต์แวร์ตามขอบเขตข้อกำหนด และมีความเป็นผู้นำในการนำเสนอการส่งมอบซอฟต์แวร์กับลูกค้าราชการได้อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
• สร้าง Software Project Schedule และเปิด Epic ใน Jira ให้ Software Project Team
• รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ หรือประเด็นปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบล่วงหน้า เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สำหรับโครงการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ใหม่ (New Software Development) 3 โครงการ และโครงการบำรุงรักษาซอฟต์แวร์ (Software MA) 1 โครงการ
• บริหาร Resource ของทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี และหากพบปัญหา Resource ไม่เพียงพอ สามารถเร่งดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาได้
• ดูแลภาพรวมโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ทุกโครงการสำหรับ Site ลูกค้า และช่วยสนับสนุน AM ได้เป็นอย่างดี

• Perform software project risk management to minimize project and software delivery risks.

• Continuously track and close software development and project risks.

• Assess risks arising during software project execution and respond promptly to mitigate or close them.

• ดำเนินการบริหารความเสี่ยงเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงของโครงการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ (Software Project Risk Management)

• ดำเนินการติดตาม (Tracking) และปิดความเสี่ยงด้านการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และการส่งมอบงานอยู่ตลอดเวลา

• ประเมินความเสี่ยงจากการดำเนินโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ และดำเนินการลดหรือปิดความเสี่ยงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

Business Overview

• Conduct software requirement analysis and gathering with the client in collaboration with the software development team.

• Understand software project details, system requirements, and business context thoroughly.

• Propose software and technical problem-solving approaches.

• Provide alternative software solutions for the client.

• ดำเนินการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และเก็บ Software Requirements กับลูกค้าร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์

• ลงรายละเอียดโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ และเข้าใจ System Requirements และ Business ของงานได้เป็นอย่างดี

• นำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาด้านซอฟต์แวร์และเทคนิค

• เสนอทางเลือกด้าน Software Solutions ให้ลูกค้าได้

• Thai nationality

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or other related fields

• At least 5 years of experience in IT service operations, implementation, software development, IT software, or hardware

• Experience in Software Project Management, Software Development, IT Solutions, or related fields, including software project planning, client and stakeholder management, quality assurance, resource management, and budget control

• Ability to manage software projects in a dynamic environment and meet aggressive development timelines

• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional software development teams

• Good command of spoken, written, and reading English will be considered an advantage.

• สามารถบริหารโครงการซอฟต์แวร์ภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว และจัดการกับกำหนดเวลาการพัฒนาที่เร่งด่วนได้

• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอทั้งด้านการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดีเยี่ยม สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งด้านเทคนิคและธุรกิจได้

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software project management methodologies, and Agile/Scrum

• Good understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including requirement analysis, software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

• Solid understanding of networking and hardware

• Good foundational knowledge of emerging software technologies

• Strong understanding of government regulations related to software and IT projects

• Good understanding of operational regulations relevant to the assigned software projects
