Responsibilities
- Conduct product testing according to international standards, company specifications, and test procedures.
- Prepare test samples, testing equipment, and laboratory setup before testing, including operating laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Record, analyze, and summarize test results, including preparing technical reports and maintaining complete testing records.
- Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and kept in good working condition.
- Follow laboratory quality management systems, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in resolving product issues and conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory efficiency, testing methods, and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Education (Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, other related majors are preferred)
- Male, Experience in product testing or laboratory operations is an advantage
- Able to perform routine tasks and follow established procedures.
- Familiarity with the structure and operating principles of washing machines or testing standards for electrical appliances will be an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
- Good execution, communication, and coordination skills, with strong organizational and learning abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including overtime and shift work.
