Responsibilities
1. ดูแลบันทึกคุณภาพ และข้อมูลดิบของการทำ Scale up อย่างมีระบบและครบถ้วน เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบ
และติดตามได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. รวบรวมและศึกษาข้อมูลเพื่อทำการทดลอง ทดสอบ และวิจัย รวมทั้งจัดทำรายงานผลการทดลองและวิจัย
3. ดูแลและถ่ายทอดความรู้ประสบการณ์ให้พนักงานหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้องในสายงาน
4. จัดเตรียมเอกสารวิธีการควบคุมการผลิต( Tentative processing, Manufacturing process )และ Batch record
5. ติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ปรับปรุงพัฒนางาน สรุปและรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน ต่อหัวหน้าหน่วย
6. สามารถเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการทำ Scale up หรือใช้เทคโนโลยีใหม่
7. จัดทำรายงาน และสรุปผลการควบคุมผลการทำ Scale up ในหน่วยงานเสนอต่อหัวหน้างานระดับ หน่วย/แผนก
8. สามารถออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างน้อย1 Formula Base เช่น Emulsion base
หรือSolution base ได้อ้ย่างเชี่ยวชาญ
9. ปฏิบัตืตามกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่บริษัทกำหนด
10. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี- ปริญญาโท สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์เคมี, วิศวกรรมโพลีเมอร์, วิศวกรรมเคมี
2. ประสบการณ์ 0 - 5 ปี ในการพัฒนาทักษะการผลิต
3. การทดสอบสายตา ทดสอบตาบอดสี
4. Competency การสอนงานและการถ่ายทอดความรู้ ในการปฏิบัติงาน, มุ่งคุณภาพงาน, ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม,
รวดเร็วทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของธุรกิจ, การสร้างความพึงพอใจแก่ลูกค้า,การสื่อสาร, การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, การให้คำปรึกษา, การแก้ปัญหา,
การเจรจาต่อรอง, การติดตามงาน, การวางแผน, ภาวะผู้นำ ,การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ / มนุษยสัมพันธ์, ความรู้เฉพาะสาขาอาชีพ
5. การฝึกอบรมที่จำเป็น GMP, ระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22716, มรท. 8001,
