Responsibilities
- Acting as the main representative for customer communication regarding product quality issues, 4M changes, and customer requests.
- Improve production quality to meet targets and customer requirements.
- Collaborate internally to analyze root causes and explain to customers.
- Support customer audits and follow-up improvements.
- Coordinate with R&D and APQP teams during new model launches.
- Responsible for in-house quality by to leader in problem solving, monitoring and improvement to support company.
- To co-ordinate with internally and customer for smooth and complete for process change control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in automotive or OEM industries.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Familiar with 7 QC tools, FMEA, and APQP systems.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles.
- Good command of English (speaking and writing).
