International Marketing Executive - S&J International Enterprises PCL.

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and marketing plan aligned with the company’s corporate identity and business ambition.

Conduct and analyze market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to create marketing plans and actionable strategies.

Enhance visibility globally through comprehensive marketing tools, including online, offline, and O+O channels.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, tailored to prospect markets and target audiences.

Develop and support omnichannel strategies to strengthen Customer Engagement and Customer Experience (CX).

Elevate effective and smart communication through the pitching process.

Coordinate with the International Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance the win rate.

Manage and control marketing budgets and spending to efficiently achieve goals and ROI.

Prepare regular reports and present monthly and annual marketing performance metrics to the management team.

Perform other assignments as necessary.

A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in international marketing or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in international marketing and cross-cultural understanding is a must, preferably in the FMCG, Health, or Beauty industry.

Strong marketing strategy skills and understanding of marketing communication concepts.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies.

Resilient and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
