Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Drive sales of cinema advertising media, sponsorship packages, and event solutions across Major Cineplex platforms.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while proactively expanding the customer base through new business development.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and propose tailored media, sponsorship, and event solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to meet client needs.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports and recommendations to clients.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports to support management decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and payment collection in collaboration with finance teams.

- Confident, presentable, and comfortable with client presentations.

- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to continuously develop new skills.
