Contract Engineer ประจำSiteงาน - Ritta Co.,Ltd.

• ตรวจสอบและจัดทำร่างสัญญาโครงการก่อสร้างตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและรายละเอียดสัญญา
• จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารสัญญา รวมถึงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นระบบ
• สนับสนุนการเจรจาต่อรองเงื่อนไขสัญญาเบื้องต้นกับคู่ค้า
• จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของสัญญาและปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการสัญญาโครงการก่อสร้าง 3-7 ปี
• ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานในข้อกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญา
• มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
• ทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการเอกสารได้เป็นระบบ
