Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
To oversee and manage comprehensive customer solutions, import/export operations, and logistics services, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, lead and train the team effectively, and continuously enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Oversee competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every new and existing customer
- To boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
- Control and issue quotations for import & export shipments to customers
- Prepare sales and shipment documents for overseas agents and Headquarters.
- To negotiate transportation, sub-warehouse, sub-contractor, and suppliers' rates & services.
- To Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, and Land (Cross-border) shipment
- Liaise with concerned parties such as SEC29, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport, etc.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Follow company rules and comply with the policy
- Train the team to succeed
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Report to the sales Manager, General Manager, Director, and Managing Director
- Other tasks as assigned by the Reporting line
Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, finding new customers, and Cross-Border work in a Freight Forwarder
- Conversational High level in English
(Communicate with customers via phone, email, reports, and other documents)
- Have a personal car with a Driving license
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field
- Experience in customs and Investment Privileges, such as SEC29, BOI, or Blue Corner
- Experience in a Japanese company
Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 08:30-17:15 (Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: 4 Saturdays per year (08:30 – 17:00 (depends on team))
