Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accompany and interpret during banking, government and administrative procedures
- Support BOI reporting, applications and documents related to factory operation permits
- Support general administration, purchasing and other start-up activities
- Support initial communication and negotiations with business partners
- Other tasks might be assigned

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Business-level Japanese (Communicate and support Japanese Director)
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing-related environment
- Able to work as admin or secretary to support new factory set up
- Experience in administration, government procedures, BOI, factory start-up or general affairs will be preferable
- Experience in plastic molding, molds, automotive parts or related manufacturing will be preferable
- Experience working with Japanese or Chinese companies will be preferable
- Experience supporting a new business or factory start-up will be preferable
- Experience in B2B sales or customer support for manufacturing companies will be preferable
- Experience preparing quotations, coordinating delivery or managing sales information will be preferable
Languages skills:
- English: Conversational
- Japanese: Business Level
