Responsibilities
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางกฎหมาย เช่น สัญญา ข้อตกลง และหนังสือบอกกล่าว
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายแก่หน่วยงานภายในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับประเด็นต่างๆ
- ดำเนินการฟ้องร้องหรือต่อสู้คดีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงการเตรียมพยานหลักฐาน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการหรือทนายความภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ศึกษาและติดตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกฎหมายและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปประเด็นทางกฎหมายและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพทนายความ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมาย 2-4 ปี โดยเฉพาะในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
- มีความเข้าใจในกฎหมายแพ่ง กฎหมายอาญา และกฎหมายธุรกิจ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางกฎหมายและการร่างเอกสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรองได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายองค์กรหรืออุตสาหกรรมเฉพาะทาง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
