Responsibilities
- ตั้งเบิกเงินสดย่อย ค่าน้ำมัน POPR และบันทึกรายการเข้าในระบบ
- ออกเอกสารแจ้งหนี้และบันทึกรายได้ในระบบ AX
- ตั้งเบิกเงินทดรองค่าใช้จ่ายโรงชิพ และติดตามเคลียร์
- บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายตั้งหนี้เจ้าหนี้นอกเครือ เพื่อจัดทำใบสั่งจ่ายในระบบ
- กระทบยอดบัญชีย่อยหมวด 1,2 (สินค้าสำเร็จรูป,วัสดุรอตัดจ่าย,ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย,เงินสดย่อย)
- แอดงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน
- นำส่งรายงานตัดน้ำหนักสูญหายไม้สับ ไม้สับเชื้อเพลิง
- ปิดงบต้นทุนผลิต
- ติดตามใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน เพื่อเก็บภาษีซื้อ
- ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ ไม้เข้าผลิตตาม Production report
- นำส่งข้อมูล Stock ชิ้นไม้สับ / ไม้ท่อนคงเหลือประจำวัน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 1 ปีขึ้นไป หรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านโรงงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel / Dinamic AX ในการทำงานได้ดี
- มีพื้นฐานด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับบัญชีต้นทุน/ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย/ความรู้เกี่ยวกับภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
