Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Design, prototype, and test new mechanical components and industrial products from concept to mass production.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on optimizing injection molding cycles, tooling, and mechanical efficiency.
Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with line supervisors and production teams to resolve complex mechanical issues, machinery alarms, and hydraulic system inefficiencies to minimize production backlogs.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all new and modified products meet stringent technical specifications and international export standards.
Documentation: Maintain highly accurate technical documentation, CAD drawings, work orders, and testing logs for all R&D projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the export logistics and international distribution teams to ensure new product designs align with shipping constraints and global market demands.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically working with injection molding machines, mechanical contactors, and tooling design.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong understanding of industrial machinery mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Familiarity with translating technical requirements across different teams.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong project management skills, and the capacity to handle high-volume production demands effectively.
Language: Proficiency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) for cross-border communication and technical documentation.
