Responsibilities

- Project delivery and coordination : Drive the department's digital projects to completion. Own the plan, the schedule, the dependencies and the stakeholders
- Digital channel ownership: Website and content, SEO, Google Business Profile, LINE OA, paid search, analytics and monthly reporting.
- AI search (GEO) development : Build AI-search capability progressively.
- Improve the lead funnel : Analyses where enquiries are lost.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, digital channel management, or e-business.  
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion. Can describe at least two projects personally taken from proposal through stakeholder alignment and vendor management to launch and measurable results.
  • Solid website and technical SEO fundamentals: site structure, on-page optimisation, basic structured data, indexation, page performance.
  • Analytics fluency: GA4, Google Search Console and spreadsheets at a modelling level.
  • Practical familiarity with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent) as everyday working tools, and a demonstrated appetite to learn AI search.
  • Native-level Thai writing for a consumer audience. English at a working level.
  • Hands-on GEO or AEO experience — a significant advantage
  • Formal project management exposure in any framework, or experience running a project office.
  • Insurance, automotive, financial services or another regulated, high-consideration purchase category.
  • Experience feeding a telesales or inside-sales team, not e-commerce checkout only.
  • LINE Official Account and chat-funnel experience.
  • Agency-side background, where managing several stakeholders and deadlines at once is routine.
  • Familiarity with PDPA and OIC advertising requirements.

Job Summary

In this Senior Digital Officer role, you will be responsible for driving the department's digital projects to completion, owning the plan, schedule, and stakeholder management. You will take ownership of various digital channels, including website content, SEO, Google Business Profile, LINE OA, and paid search, alongside preparing monthly analytics reports. Additionally, you will contribute to the progressive development of AI search (GEO) capabilities and analyze the lead funnel to improve conversion and reduce lost inquiries.
