Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels).
- Design basic graphics and edit photos or short videos for social media posts.
- Draft captions and schedule posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media channels and assist in responding to comments and messages when assigned.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media best practices.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Capture photos and videos during company events for digital content.
- Track and report social media performance using platform analytics.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and/or English.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good time management skills.
