Responsibilities
Research Engineer
- Control testing procedures, test, research activities for prototype machine.
- Evaluation of testing result and reporting of testing.
- Analysis and report the mechanic test result.
- Perform match testing on production orders to ensure newly developed products are supplied as indented and will meet the dealer's and end user's expectations.
- Work to understand the root cause of market issues reported to engineering.
- Provide necessary support to develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Able to understanding customer requirements and understand complain points of current product from the customers and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Agricultural, Mechatronic any related fields
- GPAX 2.70 for Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Be able to use computer to enter and retrieve information such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Understanding and skills in software programming or CAD program (CATIA) is plus.
- Able to do basic mechanic jobs
- Able to working outside office such as field test, customer home or in up country.
