Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and verify electrical engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Develop electrical design documents, including layout drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and other engineering deliverables.
- Review and coordinate Shop Drawings to ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and construction requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, BIM teams, project engineers, and site teams to resolve design-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide engineering support during construction by reviewing technical queries, evaluating design changes, and updating engineering drawings when required.
- Conduct site visits to verify installation conditions and support engineering coordination as necessary.
- Review and prepare As-built Drawings to reflect final installation conditions upon project completion.
- Ensure engineering documents comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable electrical codes and regulations.
- Complete assigned engineering tasks within the project schedule and budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for industrial buildings and manufacturing facilities.
- Able to prepare electrical design drawings, single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and technical documentation.
- Familiar with electrical codes and standards such as EIT or applicable local regulations.
- Strong understanding of engineering coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work at project sites.
