Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities within a highly automated electronic component manufacturing environment.
- Oversee product and process quality across all operational stages.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) by implementing new technologies.
- Enhance the efficiency of automated inspection systems, including Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
Qualifications
Qualification.
• Bachelor /Master Degree in Engineering.• 10+ years of Quality Assurance experience in electronics manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role or other people management position.
• Hands-on experience with automated production lines and AOI inspection systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
